About

A 25 year old with a love for the arts, creativity of all kinds, exploring, learning and making a difference!
I’ve got a dance degree, a wonderful family, super friends, an open mind, a long list of bad habits and a liver disease called Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis.

I started writing this blog in 2013 whilst I was waiting for a liver transplant. I finally received my transplant on October 1st 2015.
This blog is an account of everything that happened leading up to being placed on the waiting list, waiting for my transplant and life after my transplant.
I want to spread awareness of PSC and organ donation, helping people understand the condition better and also to understand the huge need for more organ donors! I want to be able to help others in the same situation as me and if I can do that, even in the smallest way possible through this blog then I will be super happy!

Thanks for reading x

  1. Just checking back in to your blog and progress, you certainly expressed yourself well on the recent radio interview. All the best to you and pray a transplant occurs. Certainly agree that people need to be informed of the value of organs donation

    1. Thank you, I actually got my transplant 5 weeks ago 🙂 and I’m doing well at the moment. Thank you for sharing my story and helping to raise awareness on the importance of organ donation, we can all make a difference by doing so!
